I am a convert.
I have officially changed my stance on the bbq pork at Cafe Rio.
No more beef for me.
It is pork all the way.
There is something so tasty about the combination of the sweet pork with the spicier (even though it's hardly even spicy) red sauce.
Delicious.

Join the club. I was converted last year. I didn't think I would, but what can you do?
okay i'm a chicken person at rio. i generally don't like pork but perhaps i'll have to give it a go! it's all riley ever gets.

I was reluctant to try it at first too ... I always got chicken ... but now ... oh my, the pork ... yeah baby! ;)
