Ok so I have to admit...
after all these years of saying I dislike things,
it's getting to be quite humbling to admit my
change of heart.

So, here it is. Conversion #2 of the week.

I have never been one to love cheesecake.
I never even LIKE cheesecake.
Until now.

Ok people.
It's official.
I am a convert.
I have officially changed my stance on the bbq pork at Cafe Rio.
No more beef for me.
It is pork all the way.
There is something so tasty about the combination of the sweet pork with the spicier (even though it's hardly even spicy) red sauce.
Delicious.

I am happy to say that Luke and I have spent the majority of
our spare time at the pool these days.
Man, have I missed the sun.
Now if only our pool actually looked like this...
